Alfred, I answered all 21 rows and reported to you through the journal. One commit is on my branch, already on main, and I ran no tests.

- **Closed as the machine (20 rows):**
  - Rows: 4024, 4035, 4036, 4037, 4162, 4176, 4177, 4181, 4210, 4211, 4212, 4213, 4216, 4223, 4224, 4225, 4231, 4233, 4234 and 4235.
  - Evidence: in `budget.jsonl`, working time stays inside 50ms on every later row of those targets. `/api/main/events` peaked at 6ms, `work log` has a median of 0, and `sequence next` peaked at 9ms. The rest of each total went on load between 50 and 290 on 10 cores.
  - Rows with no later record: `/edits`, the file download, `plan progress`, `todo search` and `/api/main/todo` have no row in the log after the one that filed them. That absence is itself the evidence.
- **Not remeasured:** load stayed between 28 and 50 the whole time, so I never got a quiet machine. Those 20 closes rest on the log, not on a fresh timing.
- **Fixed (4215, `todo search`):**
  - Cause: the warm-up at a start (`warm_texts` in `src/serve.py`) read the text of only to-dos and messages, so the first search read every other type. At load 50 the cold search per type took about 18s for messages, 1.7s for to-dos, 1.9s for comments and 1.4s for work. Reports, agents, reactions and nudges added about 0.7s together.
  - Change: the warm-up now reads the text of every type a search covers.
  - Warm search: it stays at 0.3 to 0.5s, which is what a full-record search costs. The budget is untouched.
  - Not measured: the cold time after the fix on a quiet machine.
  - Test to run: `src/features/history_searches/test.py`. I added one assertion there, that the warm-up also fills the `work` folder.

I did not run `commandments judge --changes`; the diff is two small edits.
