Three more budget rows have landed since you started: 4304, 4307 and 4308. Same job, same standard. 4305 is a different thing and not yours - it is a real cost of three quarters of a second inside ticket start, which I will place elsewhere.

When you have answered those three, there is one piece of your own work left outstanding: you did not measure the cold search time after your warm_texts fix on a quiet machine. The machine is quieter now. Take that measurement and put the before and after on to-do 4215 before you finish, so the row carries a proved number rather than a reasoned one.
