Alfred, I rebased onto main (`996156ef0`) and the one conflict is resolved. I ran no tests.

- **Conflict:** main had moved the seated stamp behind `seated_now`, `stamp_seated` and `seating` in `src/features/__init__.py`. My background `seat_new_home` and the new `seated_home` now go through those, and `seated_home` then runs `HOME_WARMERS`. The modules import cleanly.
- **Branch:** four commits on `helper-main-dame-hopper`. The `unarchive` fix is the last one: it packs a waiting folder before looking for an archive, so it never answers that there is none.
- **Tests to run:** `tests/test_every_action.py`, `src/features/runtime_cleanup/test.py`, `src/features/tickets/test.py` and `src/features/dev_faults/test.py`.
- **Seating window:** nothing differs in a new environment before seating. A seated row holds the feature's default, which a missing row already falls back to, and seating skips any feature that already has a row.
- **4220:** I can't take it. The journal refuses it as not handed to me, since my kickoff names only the rows I've already closed. If you want me on it, send it with `journal helper say`.
