From Jesse's WhatsApp chat with Redmar Bakker on 25 September 2026, while Redmar ran a board of tickets with the transportklok agentic organization (github.com/transportklok/agentic-organization). His organization follows the layout the journal reads: domains/<domain>/domain.toml and domains/<domain>/roles/<role>/role.toml, each role folder also holding an AGENTS.md and a sessions folder.

## The requests
- **Codex fast mode**: /fast mode support for Codex, as Claude has it.
- **Auto mode for ticket agents**: Redmar saw every ticket environment's auto switch off and asked whether ticket agents should be in auto mode, or whether that is for the orchestrator. Jesse's answer: not necessarily. The journal recognises a ticket agent and keeps steering it, but the viewer should make that clearer.
- **More than three agents**: raise how many ticket agents run at once above three (the tickets.running setting).
- **A role's AGENTS.md**: load a role's AGENTS.md automatically as that role's instructions.
- **Scoped skills**: a role's skills/ folder holds skills for that role alone, and a domain's skills/ folder holds skills for every role in the domain.
- **Sessions per role**: each role keeps a sessions/ folder of its work; Redmar notes the journal already records sessions.
- **The breadcrumb**: clicking ticket-4 in the breadcrumb takes you to the Kanban overview; Jesse said that needs to be better.

## The organization repository
Redmar pushed his organization to github.com/transportklok/agentic-organization (latest commit ee8c21d, 'journal'). Its layout: domains/<domain>/domain.toml, domains/<domain>/roles/<role>/role.toml with title, icon, description, responsible, not_responsible, skills, tools, inputs, outputs, cardinality and model, an AGENTS.md beside each role.toml, and a sessions/ folder of YAML records per dispatch (ack, evidence, progress, result, decision).
