A single journal server holds the project-wide rows: docs, rules, boards, tickets. tunler gives one laptop a stable HTTPS address to start with; a real server runs the same thing later.

It is the heart of sharing: one place of truth, so nothing has to be merged. It touches the server, the journal command and how the viewer finds its host.

Done when a second machine's viewer and agent read and write the project through the host.
