Environments are personal: sessions, agents, to-dos and work stay with the person who runs them, and never travel to the host.

It keeps sharing light and private, and lets everyone work their own way. It touches the split between project and environment scope in the record.

Done when a shared journal shows everyone the same project, but each person only their own environments.
