**What:** add tests that render the board, ticket cards, top bar and sidebar at a phone viewport width and assert there is no horizontal overflow and that the collapsed nav/menu opens and closes.

**Why:** without a check, a later change can silently break the phone layout again.

**Touches:** the viewer's test suite for the board view, ticket card, top bar and sidebar/nav components.

**Done when:** the checks fail if any of the four pieces regress to a desktop-only layout at a phone width, and pass on the finished work.

**Risk:** viewport-based tests can be flaky if they depend on exact pixel widths; assert on overflow and visibility, not pixel-perfect positions.
