Asked for by the user (message 154 on main, 2026-09-18): "the titles of a plan should be short and concise, not sentences. This plan should have been called Codex and Misk or something." Plan 1 was titled "The orchestrator lives outside the agent: one launcher watches, nudges and types, for Claude and Codex alike" — a title that says the whole plan cannot fit a bar, a card or a sentence that refers to it. The plan has a --goal for the sentence of what is true when it is done; the title names the thing so it can be pointed at: "Codex", "The launcher", "Skills page". The same holds for a plan drafted from a document or a paste.
