A check on where you stand, please, in one line each: to-do 3981, every journal ticket command answering in well under a second; 3982, developer error reports and budget notices on by default in every project with an agent that meets one sending its numbers to the agent-journal session; and 3962, one engine process per journal waking on change instead of every second. To-do 3952 asked for the same thing as 3982, so I have struck it and 3982 is the only row for that work. Say what is committed, what is half done and what you have not started; if any of it is no longer worth doing, say that too.
