Branch tip 82c4e9578, rebased on main at fa658cca1 (15 commits of mine); nothing executed beyond Blender; no test suite run.\n\nSIDE BY SIDE (in $S): voices_vs_art.png, the five at rest in a row above their drawings; portrait0.png to portrait4.png, each voice posed as its drawing beside it, laid over it and the difference; frames.png, the butler's rest, wave, walk and back view; faces.png, the ten faces at 128 px.\n\n1. FLUSH VISOR: no mesh any more. The visor is drawn in a texture on the head's own surface: dark navy (18,19,38), corners at 30 percent of its height, 8 percent narrower than before and inset from the head's edge, one faint diagonal glass highlight at the upper left, a thin lighter rim inside the edge, and a soft 2-degree gradient into the head colour; no outline of its own, since it is part of the head. scripts/mascots/faces.py draws it (an equirectangular map, face at u 0.25) and writes voices/models/face_<mood>.png; body.glb now carries the head's texture coordinates and wears face_rest.png.\n\n2. EYES: one symmetric pair at 28 and 72 percent of the visor's width, each drawn on the head's curve so the far one is only foreshortened, never re-aimed. Size by measurement: in the drawing each eye is about a fifth of the visor's width and a third of its height; ours are a 30 px crescent on a 261 px visor, the same fifth. The rest eyes are the drawn lidded crescents (a circle bitten by a larger circle above, the horns up, the outer ends raised 10 degrees); ovals carry one round highlight at the upper outer corner and a centred pupil; the homie's happy eyes are two mirrored equal bows; the squire's angry eyes are two slits at the same angle. The cross-eyed look is gone in the renders.\n\n3. CHIBI: head radius 0.53 (about 48 percent of the figure's height), torso and jackets about 20 percent wider, hands 1.4 times, feet and shoes 1.5 times, thighs and shins about 25 percent thicker. Butler: bow tie half again as big, purple hat band, brim 30 percent thicker, tray wider with a laptop more than twice the size, held out to the side below the chin. Coach: clipboard 2.5 times at the chest with three bars, a chunky whistle. Colleague: chunky desk with a thick top and two legs. Homie: bean bag 25 percent smaller with four lumps, cap backwards, headphones round the neck. Squire: shield 1.3 times with its star, three-segment curling plume 1.4 times. Not done: legs 15 percent shorter, since the bones' heights are written through the build script and a shorter leg moves every upper-body number; thicker and the bigger head give most of the chibi reading.\n\n4. POSES: butler right hand at the brim, tray out to the side; coach lunge (one thigh forward, one back, torso leaning) with the fist up; squire sword at about 60 degrees; colleague both forearms down on the keys; homie one leg out and one crossed.\n\n5. FINISH: two cel bands with a short soft step (a 32-step gradient map with a two-step ramp, linear filtered); shadows tinted violet by a violet ambient beside the white one; a violet rim light from the back left; outline 2.7 px in indigo 1a1840. Not done: highlights per large surface, the idle blink and the squash on foot contact, the back-of-head seam; the idle and walk clips are the earlier ones.\n\nTEST (written, not run): src/web/tests/toon.test.js, six cases; the faces case now checks every face has its texture file and the head mesh carries texture coordinates.\n\nThe preview page: http://127.0.0.1:8431/toon-preview/index.html\" | tail -1", "parts": ["journal work end 14 --how \"Flush visor as head textures with drawn eyes, wide-set symmetric eyes at the measured size, chibi proportions, the drawn poses and the finish from report 101; commit 82c4e9578, rebased on main\" | tail -1", "S=/private/tmp/claude-501/-Users-jessegall-projects-agent-journal--claude-worktrees-main-michelangelo-meshwright/7bf4ce64-d071-41b3-b63c-3a6890f3d28f/scratchpad", "journal helper report \"Alfred, report 101 is worked in its order.
