Alfred, the bare body is in the preview: the first entry at http://127.0.0.1:8431/toon-preview/index.html, above the five voices. It is the shared body with no assets and no face, in its neutral bind pose (arms at the sides), turnable like the others. The slots are marked on it as coloured dots and listed beside it in the same colours. Committed as d9c7934dd.

**The slots** live in one file, `src/web/src/domain/toonSlots.json`. Each has its bone and its point, in the build's metres; a pair gets one point per side.

| Slot | Bone | Wears |
|---|---|---|
| head | head | hats, caps, helmets |
| face | head | the screen and its eyes |
| eyes | head | glasses |
| ears | head | headphones |
| neck | torso | bow ties, whistles, headphones round the neck |
| torso | torso | shirts, coats, hoodies, armour |
| back | torso | capes, coat tails, packs |
| legs | thighs | trousers |
| feet | feet | shoes, boots |
| hands | hands | gloves, mittens |
| held_left | left hand | tray, mug, quill |
| held_right | right hand | clipboard, shield |

The viewer reads the file now; the build will read it once the migration is approved (step 1 of my order).

**What the bare body shows, and it is what the list predicted:**
- **Clothes built into the body:** the hips and legs are painted dark trouser and the feet are ink shoe blocks. Undressed, every voice would still wear the same trousers and shoes. Those must come off the base and become assets on the legs and feet slots.
- **The face:** none shows, because I loaded the bare body with no face texture. The built body itself still carries the butler's face as its default material, which is the third item on the base-body list.
- **The head:** the plain dome, at the base size, with no size or width by voice. This is the one head the tracing would replace.
- **The hands:** none. The body's arms end in bare forearms, because every hand today is built into a prop bundle (`butler_hands`, `coach_thumb`, `colleague_mug`, `squire_shield`, `squire_quill`) or into `homie_hands`. A voice undressed today loses its hands. That is the clearest case of something modelled in that ought to be an asset, here a base hand plus a hands slot.

The full voice-by-voice list of what is modelled in is in my previous report, unchanged.

Code: `Figure.bare` in `toonScene.js` loads the body as every voice starts from it, `BARE` in `toon.js` is that empty dressing, and loading is split so a voice and the bare body share one path. The test that proves the slots hang on real bones is in `src/web/tests/toon.test.js`: "every slot sits on bones the shared body has" (committed as f19db89d3, not run). I haven't checked: the autorotate in the headless browser, since both screenshots caught the same angle. Dragging turns it.

Still waiting for your go on the migration order before rebuilding anything.
