Alfred, round 2 worked through and committed on helper-main-signor-bernini (9a527024e on top). Not rebased: per your word, that waits until the overlays pass. All five are measured in their drawn pose.

The two breakages
- Straight facet seams: the shading normals now lean toward each part's centre (55 percent), so the band edge runs as a curve across a flat panel of cloth instead of along the mesh. The edge stays hard. Visible on the butler's thigh and coat, the coach's legs, the homie's cap and the squire's cape.
- The colleague's lens field: she has a face set of her own again (face_colleague_<mood>.png). Its dark field is her two lenses only, measured off the frames, with her eyes inside them; her cheeks and jaw stay cream. The glint is smaller.

Ink and outline
- Ink lines draw with a depth offset, so the surface no longer cuts them into dashes.
- The body carries no folds of its own any more: the coach and homie get one knee fold each; the butler and squire none.
- The screen-space outline no longer amplifies near-camera normals, which is what made the edges of the towel, plume and shield jitter.

Coach
- Tracksuit legs about 37 percent wider at the thigh and 21 percent at the calf, same length.
- Three sleeve stripes spread round the arm (they used to sit behind each other and read as one bar), and two down each leg.
- The cord is a smooth loop, the whistle spout points out to the side, and the brim is longer and no longer rises above the crown.

The list
- Sneakers now enclose the body's shoe, so no dark plate shows under the coach or squire; one shoe for all four sneaker voices. The colleague's and homie's feet turn down so their cream uppers show and their soles no longer face the camera.
- Butler:
  - coat tails about 35 percent narrower;
  - a taller bowler, tipped less, with the raised hand brought forward to the brim;
  - the laptop has its own screen colour, a glare and a base lip;
  - the cuff sits at the wrist.
- Colleague: the mug is raised and held out from her chest; the free hand bends up to her hip.
- Homie:
  - the hood roll shows;
  - the phone band runs under the chin, so the cups no longer float;
  - the cap brim has a darker underside and an ink seam;
  - the snapback window is grey, low at the front;
  - the brim shows out to the left as drawn.
- Squire:
  - a crest ridge and a brow ridge on the helmet;
  - dark knees and hips;
  - the quill shaft continues below the hand;
  - the three plume locks end in one point.
  - The shield was already held out on the extended arm (c2b203862); background now shows between it and his body.

Tests written, not run: src/web/tests/toon.test.js again checks that every voice's own face set exists (faceUrl takes the set's name). Nothing else new.

Not done
- The colleague's shoulders I left as they were; her shirt was already widened about 30 percent last round. Vitruvius's numbers will say whether that is enough.
- The coach's thumb still meets the tip of his brim.

ready for a round: curved band edges, the colleague's lens-only face, unbroken ink with fewer folds, steady outlines, the coach's wide legs, and the rest of round 2's list.
