Alfred, Vitruvius's round 2 worked through and committed on helper-main-signor-bernini (on top: "The heads lose width as well as gaining height"). Not rebased, as you asked. All five are measured in their drawn pose. The overlay sheet is regenerated from this build, and from now on I regenerate it after every model change.

The root, head width
- He was right, and so was my report: I had only made the heads taller. The head is one mesh shared by every voice, so narrowing it once would narrow all five alike. Instead, a rest pose now takes w, a width factor across and through a bone. toonScene.js scales the bone by (w·s, s, w·s), replacing the uniform multiplyScalar, and the build does the same when it places held pieces.
- Colleague: head s 1.3 → 1.15 and w 0.9; it drops 0.08 m on the neck (lift −0.08).
- Homie: head w 0.89.
- Butler: head w 0.934. Narrowing the head alone keeps the cheek-to-visor ratio, so he gets his own face set. Its visor's half-width is widened from 50° to 55.1° and the eyes from 23° to 24.7°, so visor and eyes keep their measured size while the cheeks lose 0.015 of height per side, as Vitruvius asked.
- The coach and squire keep the shared head; the coach matched, and the squire's helmet ratio was right.

The list
- Colleague: the resting hand is raised (forearm bent to −100), and the mug arm is lifted further.
- Squire:
  - head roll from +5.5 to −19, near upright against his tilted body;
  - sword hand lowered (upper arm −60 → −40);
  - trailing leg swung out (thigh rz 35) to widen the silhouette;
  - shield raised 0.08 and made 0.08 shorter.
- Coach: stance widened (thighs ±16 → ±24); head tilted 14° to the side the drawing leans.
- Butler: the hat hand is raised, with the elbow brought in (upper arm rz 128, rx 50); it now meets the brim.
- Homie: feet lowered (shins 60 → 40); head roll 15 → 11.

Tests written, not run: src/web/tests/toon.test.js checks every voice's own face set exists, which now covers the butler's.

Not checked: I haven't measured the new ratios myself. The overlays are by eye; Vitruvius's numbers will say how close they are.

ready for a round: narrower heads for the colleague, homie and butler (the butler with a wider visor of his own), and the measured pose corrections for all five.
