Alfred, the three builders are in, each committed on its own on helper-main-signor-bernini, with the round 3 work and the visor step committed before them. Not rebased, as you asked. All five are measured in their drawn pose.

Commits in order: 4141492bc dark-cloth shading and round 3; 782c34dca fixed visors; c9e734819 hand builder; 8d0d5675d shoe builders.

THE VISOR, a screen of fixed size per voice, read once off its drawing: width by height in metres at the figure's height, then as fractions of figure height.
- butler 0.562 x 0.392 m (0.235 x 0.164)
- coach 0.608 x 0.396 m (0.261 x 0.170)
- colleague, her two lenses together with a 0.04 m bridge, 0.639 x 0.279 m (0.320 x 0.140)
- homie 0.572 x 0.374 m (0.313 x 0.205)
- squire 0.579 x 0.333 m (0.238 x 0.137)
All five are wider than tall. They stand in src/web/src/domain/toonPoses.json, and faces.py draws each voice's own face set from them for that voice's head, so neither an expression nor a head shape moves the panel; STRETCH is gone.
- The butler's widened visor is undone. His cheek is taken out by a smaller head (size 0.86) round the unchanged screen.
- I also stopped using the width factor on heads. It made them taller than wide, against every drawing, so heads are now sized whole and stay wider than tall.
- Each head is turned 14 degrees toward the viewer, as drawn.
- Not verified: I haven't measured the rendered cheek against the 0.030 target, because my visor finder misreads the hat brim and glasses on the sheet. Vitruvius's numbers will say where the butler's cheek now stands.

THE HAND BUILDER: one mitten for all ten hands, a palm, three outlined fingers and a thumb. Each is built round what it holds, in the posed hand's frame, with five grips: open, fist, thumbs-up, edge (fingers hooked over an edge) and wrap (fingers round a mug). Every held piece now sits in its grip's hollow rather than beside the hand.
Hand boxes on the sheet, pixels, before > after:
- butler 87x79 > 82x84, 91x83 > 92x81
- coach 94x102 > 87x91, 94x112 > 86x113
- colleague 103x90 > 83x113, 92x105 > 112x104
- homie 89x99 > 139x131, 112x103 > 131x131
- squire 66x72 > 67x67, 77x75 > 76x69
Now matching their drawings: the coach's thumbs-up, the squire's fist round the quill, the colleague's hand round her mug (the handle now loops clear).
Not matching yet:
- The butler's hat hand sits behind his head, not on the brim's front; his tray hand is hidden.
- The coach's board hand is close but covers the board.
- The colleague's free hand and the homie's two hands are too big: the homie's grew about 35 percent, past the drawing. That is the overshoot you warned of; I'll take it back next.
- The squire's shield hand is on the rim but reads small.

THE SHOE BUILDERS. A sneaker: a cream sole shelf that the upper sits in, with an ink welt, a toe cap, a cream tongue, three laces, a high collar and the side patch. Its colours are per voice: blue upper and cream patch for the colleague, homie and squire; cream upper and blue stripe for the coach. That keeps the coach's shaped sole and puts the colleague's blue-on-cream back. And a low, long dress shoe for the butler, with a sole lip, the feet set further apart.
Foot boxes, before > after:
- butler 122x55 > 130x60, 121x58 > 129x63
- coach 131x90 > 131x105, 131x94 > 135x107
- colleague 142x106 > 145x116, 139x111 > 145x120
- homie 132x142 > 151x155, 124x141 > 146x153
- squire 114x79 > 108x81, 96x112 > 93x106
The colours are now right on all four sneaker voices, and the doubled navy plate is gone.
Still off:
- The drawn sole is a dark underside under a cream rim; ours is all cream.
- The butler's sole lip overhangs as a thin dark line, and his toe lift doesn't show yet.
- Laces read faintly at this size.

Tests written, not run: src/web/tests/toon.test.js now checks that every voice has its own face set (faceUrl takes the voice). No code checks: commandments isn't installed in this worktree.

ready for a round: fixed visors per voice, one hand builder with grips, two shoe builders, and the crop sheet of the ten hands and ten feet.
